- Meetings are managed via online video calls
- Meetings can be booked from the 2nd of May onwards
- Meetings can be scheduled based on the information provided in the "My Availability" section of your profile where you can indicate your availability for meetings
- You can’t send meeting requests?
Please check if you have activated your availability for bilateral meetings or B2B sessions. Go to your profile and click "My Availability" to check your attendance.
- Meeting requests must be accepted to be scheduled. Meeting requests will automatically expire after 7 days if they are not accepted or rejected. Expired meeting requests will get automatically canceled.
